1. Products
We sell digital products — website scripts and source code. Nothing is shipped physically. Delivery happens through a download link and a licence key.
2. Licence
Every purchase includes a licence key. A Regular licence is valid for a single domain. An Extended licence is valid for one end-client project. In both cases GetXtra retains ownership of the source code — you receive the right to use it, not to resell it.
3. What is not allowed
- Reselling, redistributing or giving away the script, whether modified or not
- Sharing or selling your licence key
- Bypassing or removing the licence verification system
- Using the script for any illegal, fraudulent or abusive purpose
Breaking these terms can result in your licence being revoked immediately without a refund.
4. Support and updates
Each purchase includes 6 months of technical support and 12 months of free updates. Support covers installation help, bug fixes and configuration guidance. It does not include custom feature development, which is quoted separately.
5. Liability
The script is provided "as is". We make no guarantee about how much traffic or income your website will generate. GetXtra is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including data loss, lost revenue or business interruption. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
6. Third-party services
Some scripts use third-party APIs such as OpenAI, Razorpay or OneSignal. You are responsible for the charges, terms and availability of those services.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes are published on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
