This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account and order data: name, email, phone, company, GSTIN (if you provide it) and the domain where you plan to install the script
- Payment data: transaction ID and status only. Card and UPI details are never stored on our servers — payments are handled entirely by the payment gateway
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, download logs and licence activation domains, which we use to prevent piracy

- To process your order and deliver the product
- To validate licences and prevent misuse
- To provide support
- To send important product updates
- To meet legal and tax obligations
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with our payment gateway, our email delivery service and our hosting provider, and only as far as necessary. We may share data with authorities where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only — for your login session and CSRF protection. There are no advertising trackers.
Data retention
Order and invoice records are retained as required by tax law. You may ask us to delete your account, but licence and order records are kept for legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Send your request to our support email and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, the whole site runs over HTTPS, and product files are stored outside the web root where a browser cannot reach them.
