Digital products
All of our products are digital downloads. Once a download link has been accessed the product is considered consumed, so refunds are generally not possible.
When you will get a refund
We give a 100% refund in these situations:
- A major feature listed on the product page is missing from the script
- The script will not install on your server and our support team cannot solve it within 7 working days
- You were charged twice for the same order
- Payment succeeded but the product was not delivered and we could not deliver it within 48 hours
When you will not get a refund
- "I changed my mind" or "I bought it by mistake" after downloading
- Your hosting does not meet the requirements — these are listed clearly on every product page, so please check before buying
- You want the script to do something that was never advertised
- You modified the code and it broke
- Your licence was revoked for breaking the licence terms
How to request a refund
Within 7 days of purchase, send your order number and a description of the problem (with screenshots) through the contact form or to our support email. We reply within 48 hours. Once approved, the refund reaches your original payment method in 5–7 working days.
Cancellation
You can cancel a pending (unpaid) order at any time at no charge. For paid orders, the refund policy above applies.
Installation service
If you bought the installation add-on and we fail to install the script, the installation charge is refunded in full (the cost of the script itself is not).
