This agreement is between you and GetXtra, covering the script you purchased.
Regular Licence
What you may do:
- Install the script on one (1) live domain
- Also install it on localhost and one staging subdomain for testing
- Modify the code, design and content as you wish
- Earn money from your website commercially, through ads, subscriptions or services
What you may not do:
- Install it on more than one live domain
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the script, modified or not
- Offer the script as a SaaS where other people can create their own sites
- Remove copyright notices or the licence check code
Extended Licence
Everything in the Regular licence, plus:
- You may deploy it for one end client and charge them for it
- You may hand ownership of the deployed website to that client
Each additional client requires a separate Extended licence.
Licence key and activation
The script verifies its domain against our server. A licence key only activates on the allowed number of domains. Sharing a key or bypassing verification breaks this agreement.
Ownership
Copyright in the source code remains with GetXtra. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it — not ownership of the code.
Termination
A violation terminates the licence immediately and without refund. On termination you must stop using the script and delete all copies.
